Dawn holds an Advisor status with SVN Commercial Real Estate. While she has been a part of many different real estate transactions, her specialties are multifamily properties, student housing and residential care facilities. Her Marketing degree and business ownership experience has allowed her to promote and sell properties and businesses on varies levels using multiple channels.

Dawn enjoys guiding, educating and negotiating on behalf of her clients. She continues to conduct frequent market analysis and analyze reports to stay current with the market trends. She’s exceptional at identifying her client’s needs, educating them on the current market and optimizing satisfaction throughout all transactions.
