Dana Leland
Director of Workplace Strategy
Brothers Interiors & Coakley Brothers
Dana majored in Engineering and Studio Art at Dartmouth College and always wanted a profession where she could be both creative and technical. She started her career at Eaton Corporation in a leadership development program—taking her from her hometown of Baltimore to Milwaukee. She fell in love with the small town feel in a big city and 12 years later she is still here! In her time at Eaton, she had the opportunity to work as a design engineer, field application engineer, project manager and product manager. She also completed her MBA at Marquette University during this time.
She joined Coakley Brothers & Brothers Interiors as a Workplace Consultant in 2018. Taking the leap into a new industry was difficult but worth it. Her role in commercial interiors and moving logistics allows her to pursue my passion for design while still demanding attention to detail. On joining the Commercial Real Estate community, the most unexpected aspect to her was how energetic and collaborative the industry is. The opportunities to learn are endless because she can grow in her role by understanding all the other functions that come together to bring a Real Estate project to life. She is excited to be a part of this program because she will get to deepen her knowledge of other industry roles, and most of all for the chance to build a close network of professionals who will grow together in our careers!
