Christian Chambers
Christian Chambers is part of the Industrial & Logistics group in the Milwaukee office of CBRE. He focuses on representing industrial owners and users and investors.
He has gained extensive knowledge of the Milwaukee metropolitan area with his work on, and ownership of large industrial properties. He applies that knowledge to provide additional insights to his clients.
In addition to his previous experience as a real estate investor, Christian has more than a decade of involvement in corporate sales and business development. Having successfully started and sold multiple small businesses, Christian has extensive knowledge of both sides of commercial leases and sales.

Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: I concluded that all of my potential answers had one thing in common, money. That being said, when you concentrate on the success of the project or client, the money will come. Concentrating on the money simply makes you look vain and will never give you the opportunity to watch your clients grow into a successful company. Mainly because they will have moved on from your poor brokerage services to another broker.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Fujiyama on HWY 100. I would put it against any sushi restaurant in the Milwaukee area… ANY.
Q: What made you choose commercial real estate?
A: I dabbled with investing in some Industrial property and liked what I found.
Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
A: Networking
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen meetings?
A: I get the sense that NextGen’s goal is to provide a springboard for the participants to utilize when first getting into commercial real estate. It sincerely seems that CARW cares about this program and it shows by how well thought out the NextGen program is. I like it.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: My kids
