Caroline O’Donnell is the Marketing and Sales Support Specialist for the Office and Industrial divisions at Founders 3 Commercial Services (F3). Over the past year at F3, Caroline’s focus has been on property marketing strategies and preparation of office and industrial proposals. She also plays an integral role in putting together and distributing F3’s office and industrial quarterly reports.  Prior to joining Founders 3 in November 2019, Caroline worked in Tourism and Product media advertising, developing marketing strategies and launching/managing campaign budgets for clients; Her largest clients included Montana Office of Tourism, Outer Banks Tourism, and Yamaha Outboards.

Caroline attended Miami University in Ohio, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Farmer School of Business. She is originally from the Washington DC area and moved to Milwaukee after graduating college.

Caroline is excited to be a part of the 2021 NextGen Program to further her knowledge in the other sectors of Milwaukee’s commercial real estate industry and for the chance to meet and network with her peers in the program.
