I am Brittany Valenty-Koss. I have been involved in real estate lending for the last 5 years. I love being able to help business owners! Outside of work, I love being home with my husband and our cat and dog. My favorite thing to do is travel.  I love getting to explore new places and try new foods! When I am not traveling, I like being outside and being active whether that’s hiking, golfing, kayaking.

Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) I love getting to meet new people and help them reach their goals. One of the most rewarding parts of SBA lending is helping business owners fulfill their dreams of buying a building, a practice, etc., and usually, we are helping business owners who wouldn’t be able to achieve those with conventional lending.

Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) “The harder I work, the luckier I’ll be.”

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I grew up in Minnesota; about 30 min southeast of Minneapolis in Burnsville.

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) Traveling is my favorite thing to do. I would say Spain definitely has my heart but Rio De Janiero is a close second and last year my husband and I went to Africa for our honeymoon!

Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within your Commercial Real Estate career?
A) I would like to be the go-to lender for SBA CRE deals in WI.
