Andrea Mullins is a commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex developments from concept through completion. With a strong background in finance and underwriting, she brings expertise in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, leasing, entitlements, and project procurement. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, Andrea has delivered impactful projects across urban redevelopment, mixed-use environments and large-scale sustainable land developments.

As Vice President at Irgens, Andrea oversees some of the firm’s most visible initiatives, including the 25-acre Innovation Campus in Wauwatosa and the 16-acre redevelopment of the former Boston Store site in Brookfield.  Andrea is actively involved in the Commercial Association of Realtors–Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and TEMPO Milwaukee, where she advocates for women in business.
