Alyssa joined Midloch Investment Partners as Managing Director, Investor Relations, in 2025.  She was previously with Irgens as Vice President of Portfolio Leasing. Prior, Alyssa was with the Milwaukee office of CBRE where in six and a half years she completed more than 200 transactions representing $250 million in real estate value. Her industry acumen, tenacity, and talent for developing strong relationships elevated her quickly to a sought-after broker that clients could trust with their important strategic and operational goals.
At Irgens, Alyssa manages and leads the internal team that oversees the successful leasing of the company’s owned portfolio of commercial office, medical, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She also works closely with outside listing brokers, the general brokerage community, and direct owner-occupiers. Her attitude, aptitude, diligence, and creativity have made her a go-to resource for teams throughout the company and she brings the tools and talents needed to achieve impressive results.

Alyssa is a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin. She is active in many industry organizations and volunteers her time to help mentor and grow talent within the industry. For these efforts, she was recognized in 2021 as a Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
