Allie Jorgensen

Allie has been involved in the construction industry since 2008 when she started as an intern at VJS. She oversees all project facets and has experience with all phases of a construction project.
Allie graduated with a post-baccalaureate certificate in construction management from Louisiana State University. She is helping pave the way for future generations of women in the construction industry by spearheading VJS’ culture committee, providing strategic initiatives to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture as well as through her leadership in VJS’ first all-women project team for the Montessori School of Waukesha.
She is a 2022 recipient of Freida Rothman’s Woman of Strength award. Allie is passionate about continuing her family’s legacy of giving back to the community through her board and committee service for several local community organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors, as well as the Marketing Committee Chair, and Golf Outing Founder/Chair, for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County, Make-A-Wish Wishmakers of Wisconsin (WOW) as the Family Event Committee Chair and a Wish Granter, sits on the Construction Leadership Council National Steering Committee for AGC of America, Sharon Lynn Wilson Center for the Arts Golf Outing Chair, YPO Next Generation (YNG) Wisconsin Chapter Chair, and was the co-founder and serves at the co-chair of the VJS Community Foundation Annual 5K.
