Allen Berman is currently a Business Development Associate at Physicians Realty Trust with experience in healthcare real estate and finance. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

For his day-to-day job, he has a proven track record of developing and managing relationships with all industry leaders in healthcare real estate, including brokers, developers, health systems, and physician groups. In addition, he has a passion for financial and investment analysis using various technologies such as Excel, Python, Power BI, and Argus.

Outside work, Allen enjoys running, hiking, golfing, traveling, and trying new local restaurants in the Milwaukee area.

Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) What I enjoy most about commercial real estate is that it’s truly a relationship business. It’s getting to know great people, paired with the thrill of getting new deals done is exhilarating. I was hooked after witnessing my industry leaders’ expansive network and the ability to call up a friend and ask them what deals they have in the hopper and what we need to do to be involved.

A) Never settle. Always be learning something new.

A) Razor Scooters

A) I am a sucker for a week’s vacation at an all-inclusive trip in Cancun.

A) I hope to understand all aspects of commercial real estate, expand my network, and create long-lasting relationships with my peers.
