Alex Lunde

Alex is a Director of Capital Markets at Irgens, a commercial real estate developer based in Milwaukee. Irgens develops, acquires, and manages healthcare, office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets throughout the Milwaukee and Phoenix MSAs. Alex’s day-to-day duties include sourcing financing, managing lender relationships, and financial feasibility for Irgen’s development opportunities and existing assets.

Before joining Irgens, Alex worked for Blue Vista, a real estate private equity firm in Chicago, and Ascentris, a private equity firm in Denver. He was involved in acquisition and development opportunities, asset management, and the disposition of assets. Alex’s portfolio spanned multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use properties in locations throughout the United States.

Alex received his BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2019 with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
