Adrian Pak is a Director of Tenant Consultancy Practice for Exp Realty.  Adrian is a Commercial Real Estate broker with a focus on representing local and national office users in their lease negotiations and space requirements in the Milwaukee and Las Vegas markets. Prior to his role at EXP,  Adrian is currently worked at CBRE in Milwaukee on the office side, with a focus on tenant representation. He moved to CBRE/Milwaukee in mid-2020 from Chicago, where he was working with a different brokerage doing downtown office tenant representation. Prior to that, he spent two years in Las Vegas doing office tenant representation. He had previously gone to school at UW-Milwaukee and came back to the city because he feels Milwaukee has so much opportunity and room to grow, and he wants to be a part of and help achieve that growth.
