As Principal and Managing Broker of American Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Adam specializes in investment real estate, acquisition and disposition, leasing and sales of commercial property, ground-up development, and property management. Adam has been an investor/buyer of several industrial, retail, multi-family, and hospitality properties in Wisconsin. Prior to co-founding American Commercial Real Estate, Adam was Senior Vice President of Anderson Commercial Group in Milwaukee. Adam brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to ACRE and has been working in the industry his entire career. Adam holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.
