Legislation has recently been passed in order to protect brokerage in Wisconsin. The law takes effect on January 1, 2015. Efforts like this are only possible with support for candidates that advocate for legislation that help our industry. The new out of state brokerage law is here to protect and maintain the integrity of real estate deals being completed in our state.
