Sam Rolfe has been with Ogden & Company, Inc. for over three and a half years and has been a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson for over a year and a half. In his time at Ogden, he has assisted with a number of deals with his main focus being on office and retail leasing and sales. Sam also recently took over a portfolio within the commercial management division at Ogden and is excited to continue expanding his knowledge of the real estate market.
Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A: The fact that every deal is unique and requires creativity and diverse strategies to get them across the finish line. I also greatly value the many relationships built along the way.

A: The best investment you can make is an investment in yourself.
