Sam Rolfe has been with Ogden & Company, Inc. for over three and a half years and has been a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson for over a year and a half. In his time at Ogden, he has assisted with a number of deals with his main focus being on office and retail leasing and sales. Sam also recently took over a portfolio within the commercial management division at Ogden and is excited to continue expanding his knowledge of the real estate market.
Q: What is your favorite quote?
A: “A high tide raises everyone’s boat” I think this was JFK originally but I heard it from my boss, Gordon Steimle
Q: Where did you grow up?
A: Omaha, Nebraska
Q: Favorite thing about Wisconsin?
A: Milwaukee specifically, I love the balance of city life and nature. You can go downtown and have a traditional city experience and then go just a mile up the river to salmon fish or go to one of the numerous beaches and have a bonfire. Especially in the summer, I find that there are endless adventures to explore here.
Q: What is a goal you would like to accomplish within your commercial real estate career?
A: As a broad goal, I want to help shape Milwaukee into a place that is desirable and welcoming as a home for people of all walks of life. I think the city is heading in a direction that would make it truly one of the best-hidden gems in America and I want to accelerate and help that movement.
