A:
– The ability to collaborate to generate ideas into reality
– Having an impact on changing a city and how individuals interact within a city
– Understanding the competitive nature and the amount of opportunity
Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
A: Data; more specifically the ability to share and exchange this information which ultimately leads to increased knowledge , awareness and productivity within our industry.
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen meetings?
A: Being a sponge and taking what I’ve learned, and implementing that into my routine and tweaking that accordingly each day/ week/ month / year.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: Elon Musk; his ideas and ways of solving problems define innovation and are certainly applicable to the commercial real estate industry.
CARW NextGen began in early 2017 and was designed for commercial real estate professionals with five or fewer years in the industry. We have a mix of professionals from brokers in every sector and finance professionals. The team meets monthly and hears from panels of seasoned professionals from a variety of areas in the commercial real estate space. From architects to developers and engineers to elected officials; this group is gaining new insights and access to a variety of information and people who help make them more effective in their careers.
