Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: The new Bucks Arena, the Couture and the Ikea.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: I recently ate at 5 O’clock Steakhouse and it rocketed to the top of my favorite restaurant list. Otherwise, a more established regular favorite for me is Bel Air Cantina.
Q: What Made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: Coming out of grad school I wanted to be in Finance somewhere and I liked what Tri City had to offer. Most of the bank’s commercial loans are in real estate, so I guess I fell into it.
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen Meetings?
A: A more in-depth knowledge of the entire process from start to finish of a commercial development. I have been so focused on the financing part, so it is good to dip my toes in all the other parts as well.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: Warren Buffett. He is a step ahead on everything, so I want his secrets.
