Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: There isn’t one project in particular I am most excited about. The last year I have been able to assist and work with groups from 1,000 SF-25,000 SF. The exciting part is continually getting better at maneuvering through problems that can occur in the deal process at any level. The people I have met along the way have been the best part of the job.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Doc’s Commerce Smokehouse
Q: What Made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: Both my Grandfather and Dad work in the industry. I have grown up driving around industrial parks on a Sunday with my dad not knowing what I was looking at. Throughout college, after multiple internships, I realized that this job is a great fit for my skill set. Now those drives and advice have really allowed me to have a faster learning curve.
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen Meetings?
A: Biggest take away from the NextGen Meetings is the advice and market knowledge the panel has given us. Having a panel of experienced and successful individuals from every industry that relates to our day to day job is a big advantage.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: Warren Buffet or Rickie Fowler
