Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: I would have to say the Bucks Development is my choice. When I began my career in Commercial Real Estate this was the first thing that really opened my eyes to the complexity and thought that must go into any development…let alone a development of this magnitude. Also, I will never forget meeting with Peter Feigin and John Kuhn. Mr. Feigin then sent me a personal handwritten note thanking us for meeting. I was so surprised he did that! It’s something I will never forget. So for many different reasons this is my choice.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: I’m into Mexican these days…without a doubt the best place for me is Chilango Express in West Allis. Very reasonably priced and never had a bad meal…it’s in the gas station located at 6821 W Lincoln Ave. If you haven’t tried it…GO and ENJOY!
Q: What Made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: For many reasons…never having days that are the same is something I really enjoy. I like the freedom of not being confined to a desk. The potential to make a very good living is attractive assuming you put in the time to be successful. I also would have to say my relationship with John Kuhn is a big piece of this as well. Without knowing him in a previous career, I do not believe I would be working where I am today.
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen Meetings?
A: Being new to CRE these meetings are so educational. That’s my biggest takeaway for sure. Being able to learn from, ask questions and interact with seasoned/very successful people in all different aspects of CRE is fantastic. I’ve learned in my short time in this business I’ll always be learning and these meetings only expedite the learning curve for all of us lucky enough to be a part of this group. With that said, if you are newer to the business and have the chance to register for the next NexGen group it’d be well worth your time!
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: It’s got to be the GREAT # 4…Bobby Orr. Hockey was played a lot different back when he was in the NHL and I’d love to hear those stories!
CARW NextGen began in early 2017 and was designed for commercial real estate professionals with five or fewer years in the industry. We have a mix of professionals from brokers in every sector and finance professionals.
