Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: Excited about the Couture. Not only will a 40 plus story building change the skyline, but it will bring rooftops to the CBD which should revitalize the retail that has historically struggled due to the M-F lunch/dinner only crowd.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Two favorites. Harbor House for the views of the city and Morel for the incredible grub and bourbon selection.
Q: What Made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A: I took a class in college that I assumed was about residential real estate. Turned out to be commercial and our professor was a long time industrial broker in the Madison market. He told us real world stories about how deals were put together and I have been fascinated by it ever since.
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen Meetings?
A: The exposure to the panelists are great but I feel that the biggest takeaway is building further relationships with peers in the industry. These are going to be people that we will be putting deals together with for the next 30 years.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: Hands down Jimmy Buffett. I’d rather make it a happy hour than lunch but you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere
