My name is Conor Albian and I am a commercial real estate broker with Colliers in Milwaukee, specializing in leasing and tenant representation. After graduating from Marquette University in 2023, I joined Colliers and have been focused on helping clients make informed, strategic decisions through data-driven insights and building strong relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) What I enjoy most about commercial real estate is the combination of strategy and relationships. Every deal is like solving a puzzle that requires understanding market dynamics, negotiating creatively, and aligning the right people and spaces. It’s rewarding to see how a lease or sale can directly shape a business’s growth and a community’s landscape. Plus, no two days are ever the same, which keeps the work both challenging and exciting.
Q) What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A) Focus on controlling what you can and let the results follow. In commercial real estate where so much is out of your hands, having that mindset keeps me grounded and consistent. It’s a reminder that long-term success comes from persistence and professionalism, not just quick wins.

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) Downers Grove, IL
Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) Spain is one of my favorite places to travel. I backpacked through the country for two weeks after high school and also visited my sister while she studied abroad in Madrid. It’s such a cool country with awesome culture and history.
