My name is Connor Weas, and I am from Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. I played basketball in college at both UW-Milwaukee and Lawrence University, before graduating in 2017. After college, I started my career in Commercial Real Estate as a Broker Trainee/Analyst at Founders 3. At the beginning of 2021, I started working alongside my father at Weas Development as an Associate. My roles within the company include Development Planning, Property Management, Business Development, and Brokerage.
I currently live on the East Side of Milwaukee and enjoy reading, music, yoga, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Green Bay Packers.

Q) Which projects are you involved in/most excited about?
A) Weas Development is planning a Mixed-use PID on the Southeast Corner of Appleton Ave & Good Hope Rd in Menomonee Falls, WI. It will consist of 173 high-end apartment units, and 15,500 SF of retail space. We plan to start construction in March of 2023 and are very excited to help redevelop the area and bring more housing and entertainment to Menomonee Falls.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I hope to gain a better perspective and understanding of all the different realms within Commercial Real Estate. I am excited to learn from both the weekly guest speakers as well as my NextGen peers and create relationships that will last throughout my professional career in Real Estate.
