As the Client Services Coordinator for the Office Brokerage Group, Caitlin focuses her time on marketing and administrative support including the creation and distribution of custom property marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, broker event planning, office leasing tours, landlord and tenant representation service pitches, and proposals, marketing/leasing activity reports, transaction support, and market research.

Q) Where did you grow up?
A) East Troy, WI. A small town is known for Alpine Valley and Skydive Milwaukee.

Q) What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Is poking people on Facebook still a thing?

Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) I never thought road trips and spending countless hours in a car could be fun, but stopping to see some of the small, quirky, off-the-radar towns in the US, does create interesting stories to tell.

Q) What do you hope to get out of your NextGen Experience?
A) I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity to be a part of the NextGen program and to be able to build connections with other young professionals.
