How has your career evolved since completing NextGen?
I w
as a Portfolio Manager in 2019 while in NextGen; moved in to a Business Lending Officer within Landmark in 2023.
The most valuable part of your NextGen experience?
The most valuable part of my NextGen experience was the addition of local business contacts within the local real estate industry who I can count on for advice. Also, just seeing how various real estate deals look from the perspective of various real estate professionals was very valuable.
What advice would you like to share with the next wave of NextGen participants?
Go to as many CARW and industry networking events as you can early in your career. You never know who you will meet or what information you’ll learn from them that can be beneficial
