NextGen Recap | Banking Panel | June 7, 2022

CARW NextGenners heard from several of our banking partners on June 7, 2022. Thanks to Preston Chybowski (Old National Bank), Dan Franecki (Tri-City National Bank), and Heather Nelson (Spring Bank). The discussion was led by Alissa Peeters (Tri-City National Bank). Key points of the discussion included business development, increasing rates, and creative ways to help clients with a deal.

Some of the best take-aways pertained to personal/business development and included:

  • Put 100% into everything you do
  • Step out of your comfort zone
  • Get as much information as you can ahead of time to create as much accuracy as possible
  • Working with smaller firms can cultivate something much larger in the future
