On April 11, the CARW NextGen class welcomed a dynamic and diverse panel of Commercial Real Estate Engineers. Big thanks to Adam Artz, Pinnacle Engineering Group, Kevin Byrne, Kapur & Associates, Inc., John Kastner , The Sigma Group, Pat Kressin, GRAEF and Travis Peterson, Kapur & Associates, Inc. The panel was moderated by Eric Romano, EUA.
They shared with the NextGen group lessons learned, challenging highlights of their career and an inside scoop on where the market is heading with engineering in commercial real estate. A few memorable take-aways from our NextGen Class included:
- Get in front of issues immediately! Or in other words get the environmental ASAP.
- Communication must be a priority if you want to outperform your competition.
- You will be successful if you have great relationships.
Each month, the NextGen group will gather to hear from a panel representing a variety of disciplines. In May, the group will be introduced to the “Art of Networking.”
