The NextGen class of 2020 may be the fourth graduating class; however, they were the first class to do so in the midst of a pandemic. On Tuesday, night we celebrated these young professionals not only for “graduating” from our NextGen program, but for their resiliency of sticking with Commercial Real Estate during a crisis like none of us have seen before.
On behalf of the CARW team we would like to congratulate these class and wish them well on their future endeavors. We hope that you found the nine month educational programming valuable and provided you with knowledge and insights to the various areas of the commercial real estate industry. While we were unable to gather in person for the majority of the year, we “Zoomed” and toasted with virtual happy hours. It was a great night to be able to celebrate in person, socially distanced, outdoors. The sentiment across the board was that this class was extremely grateful for the connections and relationships they formed and have forever gained a network of colleagues to call on.
