My name is Ty Mueller, a student at the University of South Carolina. I am majoring in Finance and Real Estate and have great interest in pursuing the field of commercial real estate brokerage and development. I am currently looking for an internship for Summer 2024 that will allow me to display my knowledge, hard work, and passion for commercial real estate.
Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) Fast paced nature: each transaction is exciting and different from one another. You are able to see how investments add value to investors as well as how it benefits those who live and work within the community.
Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate.
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) Mequon, WI
Q) What made you choose CRE?
A) I enjoy the large scale of the properties and projects. I love the variety of project types available and how each one can be profitable if you find the proper location, company, etc.
What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) Develop a strong network with other members of CARW, to help with prospecting in the future. I look to gain advice from those who have been involved in the industry for many years and also have the potential for finding internship opportunities. I look forward to gaining access to CARW news, data, and other information that allows members to stay up to date in the commercial real estate industry.
