Rick purchased his first Duplex at 19 years of age. He not only became a Home Owner but also a Landlord immediately. Over the years, Rick acquired additional properties in the Milwaukee area managing them himself
independently. Rick transitioned into building Inspections in 2016 with Shamrock Building Inspections. In 2019, Rick founded 4Site Building Inspections independently. With over 2,600 Building inspections completed, multiple certifications, and an associate degree in real estate, he has become a critical resource in the Real Estate industry. Rick is one of the only “Certified Master Inspectors” in the Milwaukee area and has over 600 5-star reviews online. In 2023, Rick acquired Shamrock Building Inspections and obtained the Certified Commercial Building Inspector designation through CCPIA. Rick believes that Buildings tell a story through clues, and it is Rick’s job to piece those clues together. He has a sincere passion for his work and the people that he works with. Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) I enjoy evaluating the condition and history of the buildings. It is also great to evaluate the influence of the building on the people in the neighborhood.

A) Always be calm and in control.

A) Music videos on TV , Baggy clothes, Pogs, Discman CD players, Pagers, Blockbuster, Dial up Internet…I can go on!

A) Maui HI
Q) What projects are you involved/most excited about?
A) The acquisition of Shamrock Building Inspection Consultants and my transition into Commercial Building Inspections.

A) The variety/diversity in building types and other Associates in the business.
Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) I want to help CRE Investors/Clients understand the buildings that they invest in better.

A) I want to make connections with other members that can help improve my skillset and understanding of CRE but I also want to be the #1 resource for members in need of CRE building Inspections/evaluations.

A)I have an Incredible Wife, a 17 year old Daughter, a 5 Month old Son and a very spoiled Pitbull.
