Nick Reuter has nearly 10 years of appraisal experience at Colliers where he has worked on a wide range of commercial properties including multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and a number of other specialized property types. After graduating from University of Wisconsin – Madison as an Evans Scholar, he took positions in various real estate roles: accounting, property management, and development. He joined Colliers in 2015 as an appraiser and found his passion. In 2019, Nick obtained his Certified General Appraisal license, fulfilling the rigorous requirements of 3,000 hours of experience, 300 hours of coursework, and many exams. During his time at Colliers, he has been involved with diverse commercial appraisals across Wisconsin and neighboring states that had valuations ranging from $140,000 to over $200 million. While he has worked on appraisals for nearly every property type, Nick specializes in industrial and multi-family properties, drawing upon extensive expertise in these sectors to deliver comprehensive analyses.

Q) What made you choose CRE?
A) Watching some of the farmland in my hometown be developed overnight not only fascinated me but also drove me to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) My goal in commercial real estate is to establish myself as the premier commercial appraiser in Wisconsin, recognized for expertise, accuracy, and professionalism in the field. I aspire to work on appraising some of the most iconic properties in the state.
What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) I hope to expand my network and foster professional relationships with commercial real estate professionals.
