My Name is Neil Schiesl. I grew up in Appleton, WI. I graduated from high school at Appleton East in 2003. From high school I went on to college at UW-Milwaukee where I studied Mechanical Engineering. I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in January of 2008. From college I worked for Alliance Laundry for approximately 11 months until I was laid off due to the Great Recession. From there I went on to work for Piece Manufacturing from 2009 to 2014. Aft Pierce I started to work for Gulfstream Aerospace. In 2025 I plan to retire from engineering and take up real estate full time. In 2019 I purchased my first investment property. Since then we have grown rapidly and have decided that I should be in real estate full time.

A) The opportunity for deals.

A) Appleton, WI
Q) What projects are you involved/most excited about?
A) We have a few different storage project lined up that we are starting in spring.
Q) What made you choose CRE?
A) I thought it fit my lifestyle the best and I am an active investor in commercial real estate.
