Tillit means ‘Trust’ in Norwegian, representing the ancestral roots of our founder, Nate Keller. With vast experience in the construction industry, we are a solutions-based organization. Our promise to you is that we’ll anticipate obstacles and eliminate surprises for you.
Formed in 2024, Tillit was created to assist businesses with the knowledge and resources to lead your construction initiatives – as general contractor, construction manager, owners agent, or construction consulting. This leadership allows for freedom so you can continue to pay attention to your company goals and KPI’s – while our team handles your commercial projects and keeps you informed. Trust is the foundation of our operations. We can’t wait to work together.
Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) Learning from great minds in the real estate industry, and helping to find solutions to get deals done for the success of the clients
Q) What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A) We are given two ears to listen, and one mouth to speak. Listening and understanding is a gift, and the communication that comes from that allows me to mentor, anticipate, and manage peoples’ expectations.
Q) Favorite quote or song lyrics?
A) The lyric resonates with Keller, as it means “trust” in Norwegian, and trust & “truth” from the lyric go hand-in-hand.
“Truth or consequence, say it aloud; Use that evidence, race it around… There goes my hero
Watch him as he goes
There goes my hero
He’s ordinary”
– Foo Fighters
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) Small town of Millersburg, PA
Q) What was cool growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) As an 80’s child, just getting lost with friends all day during the summer and figuring out my creativity and independence without the bother of a cell phone.
Q) What projects are you involved/most excited about?
A) Generally, collaborating with entrepreneurs, colleagues, and architects to make deals work. There’s so many people that I’m grateful to in growing this business.
Q) What is your favorite place to travel to?
A) Skiing out west and with my wife enjoying the beach at Castlerock Lake or with family at Outer Banks, North Carolina.
Q) If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be?
A) Each of my three children, on an individual basis. Now that we are empty-nesters, it’s important to be present and I love to hear what’s going on in their lives and what guidance they need to continue to be successful.
Q) What made you choose CRE?
A) Working with teams of people to drive the success of completing a physical project.
Q) What is a goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) Meet awesome people, share stories, and continue to grow the business.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) Networking with the greatest minds in SE Wisconsin, mentoring the next generation, and taking advantage of educational sessions to always be learning.
Q) Is there anything you would like to share with other members?
A) I really enjoy being on staff at MSOE and teaching construction scheduling.
