Maxx Rohde joined CBRE Hotels in June of 2023 and works out of the
firm’s Milwaukee office as an Associate. His focus is on driving value for clients’ investments, specifically the disposition and acquisition of hotels. Mr. Rohde is responsible for marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and managing and overseeing transactions for a successful sale.
Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Maxx worked as an Associate Appraiser for Diversified Real Estate Services Inc. During this time, Mr. Rohde underwrote loans and credit decisions for banks; determining “as is” & “prospective” market values ranging from $500,000 to $13,000,000. In addition, he produced real estate appraisals for industrial office/warehouse, retail, multi-family, and multi-tenant office properties.
Maxx Rohde is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a Bachelor of Real Estate Property Management and a Bachelor of Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management. Education emphasis was on business management with a focus on daily operations of managing real estate investments, as well as hotel and restaurant operations. Maxx received the Dean’s List honors for seven consecutive semesters of undergraduate coursework and graduated with Cum Laude honors.

A) Be patient…. Never burn and bridges… Time can be your friend but also your biggest enemy

A) Hudson, WI – My roots are from The Greater Twin Cities Area

A) My family, following footsteps, and hearing about the success stories of other professionals in the CRE world.

A) Generational wealth & passive income
Q) What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) Networking with CRE professionals, attending events, building relationships, leaving a positive footprint, & getting my name out there.
Q) Is there anything you would like to share with other members?
A) When I was 14 years old, I started my own candy vending machine business. Eventually, I sold it and used the proceeds to pay for my college education. I’ve had a go-getter attitude since I learned to walk.
