Matt is a real estate development professional with a background in construction, financing, and creative deal structuring. His experience includes time with a global financial services company as well as a sole proprietor, helping guide multimillion-dollar projects from inception into feasibility and refinement, through contract negotiation and construction to completion and final occupancy.
Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) Solving complex issues.
Q) What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A) Don’t imagine your career as climbing the ladder…think of it like building a scaffold. It’s much broader and more stable and will ultimately allow you to climb higher.

A) Never argue with stupid people; they’ll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
