Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) Commercial real estate stands out because it gets the creative juices flowing! Even in something simple like a lease, there’s so many angles to consider. Want to lease a rundown space without renovation funds? Drop rent for the tenant to improve it. Tenant doesn’t agree to the annual rent bumps? Ask for a longer lease to compensate. So many ways to innovate and get all sides to win!
Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) “They don’t know me, son!” – David Goggins; When Goggins says that someone doesn’t know him, he means that they don’t know of what he’s truly capable.
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) All over the Milwaukee Metro area — I’ve been in Milwaukee and gone all the way up to Saukville. I’ve explored the area from all nooks and crannies.
Q) What was cool growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Motorola flip phones (well actually flip phones are making a comeback so who knows?)
Q) What is your favorite place to travel to?
A) Madison — it’s only 90 minutes away so no need for extensive planning and prep. They also have Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers there!
