Kevin Thiemer has been working in the construction industry for 6 years. After graduating from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, he spent several
years working in San Francisco, Denver, and Milwaukee on projects ranging from small tenant improvements to the development of the new Google Headquarters campus. Progressing from project engineer to project estimator, he has acquired a breadth of experience in the construction and pre-construction stages of projects. Most recently, he has joined Campbell Construction as Vice President of Project Development in an effort to grow their relationship network, operational efficiency, and overall presence in the south-east Wisconsin market.
Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) Every project is different from the last, and with that brings new and exciting challenges.

A) Become comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Q) What projects are you involved/most excited about?
A) Working with Gloria Jean’s Coffee to assist in developing and building new efficient drive-thru locations nationally.
Q) What is your favorite place to travel to?
A) Anywhere I haven’t been before!

A) Ricky Bobby.
Q) What is goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) My goal is to grow Campbell Construction’s presence in SE Wisconsin as a leading general contractor.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) I hope to cultivate new relationships with young driven leaders in the commercial development and construction community.
