Jim brings over 20 years of experience in the Logistics and Warehouse industry, Having spent most of his career in the material handling business in 2022 he acquired ownership of a long standing company within the Milwaukee community, Matco Distributors. Matco is a 75 yr old Milwaukee corporate staple having matured over the years from a moving equipment and mail order material handling supply company to a multifaceted national based material handling provider for warehouse, distribution center and 3PL clientele, providing design, consulting and national installation of pallet rack, mezzanine, and all associated products ranging from 5,000 sq ft storage facilities to over 500,000 sq ft distribution centers our team has the professionalism, expertise, and footprint to partner with you anywhere in the U.S and Canada.
Having relocated to Delafield WI from Medinah IL in 2022 Jim holds his undergraduate degree from Depaul University and has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Q) What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A) Be nice on the way up, it makes the descent that much more palatable.

A) Medinah, IL
Q) What projects are you involved/most excited about?
A) We currently have 5 projects starting in 2024 : 500,000 sq ft in AZ, 220,000 sq ft in GA, 150,000 sq ft in FL, 110,000 sq ft in TX and 60,000 sq ft in ON.
Q) What is your favorite place to travel to?
A) When you just moved to Lake Country, why go anywhere else!
Q) If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be?
A) My father
Q) What is goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) To become a “GO TO” asset for all of my fellow members to lean on.
