Jenny Doede is a licensed Interior Designer in the State of Wisconsin with 15+ years of experience designing Corporate Interiors. She is especially skilled in facilitating conversations around workplace strategy and change management. In 2021 she founded Plan North Partners (PNP), an Owner’s Rep Project Management Company. PNP helps small businesses navigate the design and construction process. From initial budget planning through design and construction, to the seamless completion of opening day activities, PNP helps their clients save time, money, and headaches. Prior to starting her own business, she worked for CBRE in the Global Workplace Solutions division on a project management team serving dedicated accounts. In 2019 she documented $1.1 million in furniture-related savings for her client by managing furniture-related RFPs and reuse programs. For the last 3 years, she served on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Interior Designers – Wisconsin Chapter as their Financial Director.
Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) I have always worked in the periphery of Commercial Real Estate. As a project manager, I enjoy getting involved at the beginning of the project and adding value for my clients right away.
Q) What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Uploading 300+ pictures to a Facebook album after taking a vacation.
Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) New Orleans! I love the food, music and sazeracs.
Q) Which projects are you involved in/most excited about?
I am most excited about helping my small business clients open their first space. There is so much hope and excitement in seeing people’s hard work and vision pay off.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) I would like to build up my network of professionals that I can use to support my small business clients in bringing their projects to life.
