Gary Rosecrans is responsible for acquisition, development, and leasing activities in the Chicago Office of Ashley Capital. Prior to joining the company, Gary was responsible for business park development activities for a real estate subsidiary of We Energies, real estate investment activity at an investment banking firm, and a real estate broker for a national brokerage firm. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Rosecrans is involved with several community service organizations. He is also an avid cyclist.
