I launched my real estate career in 1984 with Redemann Real Estate in Oshkosh. In 1986, I joined Coldwell Banker Schwab Realty before transitioning to specialize in commercial and industrial
real estate leasing and sales at Bomier Properties in Appleton.
In 1993, I founded G. Earl Real Estate, Inc., guided by three core values: Honesty, Confidentiality, and Creativity. For over 30 years, G. Earl Real Estate has thrived, focusing on Commercial and Industrial Real Estate throughout Oshkosh and its surrounding areas.
My experience spans Sales and Leasing transactions of all sizes across a wide range of property types, including Industrial, Retail, Office, Hospitality, Multi-Family, and Development Land.
Currently, I am proud to serve as the Leasing Agent for Oregon Trail Commerce Center (formerly LakeAire Center) and Landmark Plaza (Stein’s Plaza near the theaters), in addition to representing a variety of properties available For Sale and Lease.

A) It was just a natural attraction that I couldn’t resist.

A) Mutual prosperity and customer/client respect
