Daniel graduated from Edgewood College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a focus on local and regional real estate markets. He entered the banking industry as a Commercial Credit
Analyst at Security Financial Bank, a $850 million bank headquartered in Eau Claire, WI. He developed a deep understanding of real estate finance through underwriting a $75 million commercial loan portfolio, consisting heavily of commercial real estate developments and rental investment properties. In 2023 and 2024, Daniel underwrote (6) multi-million-dollar real estate development deals in Northwest Wisconsin. Daniel prepared loan presentations that included detailed financial analysis of businesses and individuals, risk assessment/mitigation, and government compliance measures to help loan committees make informed lending decisions.
In August 2024, Daniel earned his Real Estate Salesperson license and transitioned into a career as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate at Madison Commercial Real Estate. Daniel specializes in retail leasing and sales. He is passionate about fostering long-term client relationships and is dedicated to finding creative approaches to client’s specific needs. He provides his clients with a bank’s-eye view of their financial position to help businesses reach and exceed their financial goals while finding the ideal space to do so. Daniel leverages his financial acumen to help clients evaluate investment opportunities and assess market trends.
