Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) I love getting to meet new people and help them reach their goals. One of the most rewarding parts of SBA lending to me is helping business owners fulfill their dreams of buying a building, a practice, etc and usually we are helping business owners who wouldn’t be able to achieve those with conventional lending.
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I grew up in Burnsville, MN which is about 30 minutes southeast of Minneapolis.
Q) Where is your favorite place to travel?
A) Traveling is my favorite thing to do. I would say Spain is my favorite place. I lived there for a year in 2013. Recently, my husband and I went to Africa and that was one of my favorite trips!
Q) What is a goal you’d like to accomplish in your commercial real estate career?
A) I would like to be the go-to lender for SBA CRE deals in WI.
Q) What do you hope to get out of your membership with CARW?
A) I hope to create some long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships in the Milwaukee market. Pacific Western Bank has not had a presence in this market until now, so I hope to bring some more opportunities to our clients here with our programs.
