Brian Spoerl is the founder and managing member of Spoerl Commercial, LLC. Spoerl Commercial focuses on multi-family and commercial real estate development projects throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Mr. Spoerl and Spoerl Commercial bring over 25 years of leadership and experience to the entire development process. We add exceptional value to every project by selecting great locations, planning every aspect of a project site and building, professionally managing the entire development process, obtaining governmental approvals/entitlements, obtaining project capitalization, and selecting best-in-class leasing, design, and building partners. Mr. Spoerl has worked across multiple asset classes including Medical Office, Professional Office and Multi-Family at top development firms based in Milwaukee, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Mr. Spoerl is a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee School of Business Administration. Mr. Spoerl is a lifelong resident of the City of Milwaukee.
