Bowin Bassindale joined PACE Equity with a background in finance and
entrepreneurship. His experience includes the management of over 100 real estate landscape and design projects as well as the management of a team of financial peer advisors for the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
As a Transaction Manager, Bowin manages projects on the West Coast. In this role, he works with the sales team and clients to underwrite, collect data, and qualify projects. Managing ongoing client communications, Bowin drives the PACE Equity financing process throughout multiple phases of a project — from the first engagement through to a successful closing.
Bowin holds a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and spends his free time watching movies, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
Q) What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A) In terms of work, some of the best advice I have received is to try your best to explore every possible option to solve a problem before reaching our for help. I think this contributes to ones ability to work independently and helps build a stronger work ethic.
