As the Transaction Manager for the Industrial Advisory Group, Ashley provides on-going management of all sale and lease transactions to ensure a seamless client experience. Ashley designs and manages all marketing and promotional materials, assists with client research, broker opinion of values, and custom marketing and prospecting strategies. Ashley’s experience in the day-to-day brokerage operations and process implementation ensures that she is able to provide the highest level of professionalism and client service to every assignment.
Ashley joined Colliers | Wisconsin in 2016 and has served many different roles within the brokerage department and has facilitated many successful sale and lease transactions for clients and brokers. Ashley has supported brokers from all teams and gained a vast knowledge of many different types of real estate transactions as well as being instrumental in creating and managing vendor relationships.
