Hi, I’m Aisha Pasha-Evans and although I’m new to the real estate industry, I’m extremely excited about this new realtor journey! I’m also a business owner of a beauty salon and a hair product line and have decided that it was time to explore my long-term endeavor and interest of transitioning into real estate to help create generational wealth for my family. I’m a highly ambitious, creative, and productive person. I have a strong passion for helping others. My goal in real estate is to help promote more ownership to help people accomplish their dreams of owning their own homes and buildings.
Q) What do you enjoy most about Commercial Real Estate?
A) What I enjoy most about commercial real estate is the opportunity to expand my horizons. There are a wide range of things when commercial property becomes an investment. I don’t believe in limiting myself to just one thing.
Q) What is your favorite quote?
A) “If you can believe it, you can achieve it!”
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) I actually grew up the inner-city area of Milwaukee where my father and maternal uncle were both real estate investors of houses and buildings in those areas.
Q) What is your favorite place to travel to?
A) I actually have two favorite places that I love to travel to, the Bahamas and Arizona!

A) My father
Q) What is goal you would like to accomplish within Commercial Real Estate?
A) As a business owner myself, my two main goals that I would like to accomplish within commercial real estate are to own every building that my other businesses operate out of and to also help other business owners purchase their own building for their business.
