I currently serve as Vice President of SBA Lending at First Business Bank. As a nationwide SBA Preferred Lender, I provide tailored financing solutions through the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) lending program. I assist business owners with purchasing owner-occupied commercial real estate, tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects, business acquisitions, partner buyouts, and startup businesses.

A) Commercial real estate allows businesses to build and sustain operations.
