Tim Martinez has over 25 years of experience in a mix of real estate development, real estate brokerage, consulting, and manufacturing. He has negotiated transactions involving millions of square feet and complex supply agreements with international clients. Tim understands the needs of space occupiers and the constantly evolving North American market.
Tim has been a two-term president of a Board of Realtors in NE Wisconsin and led the change from manual reporting to automated reporting through computer software. His accomplishments include bringing mortgage origination directly to the customer through online applications.
As a manufacturer of upstream aluminum products, Tim negotiated with Swedish, Canadian, Brazilian, Chinese, Welsh, and Slovenian manufacturers. He has had the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of the operations of manufacturing plants around the world. He has, directly and indirectly, purchased over 1.3 million square feet of heavy industrial property.
