Simon joined SVN Hintze Commercial Real Estate in June of 2020 with a focus on investment real estate and as an advisor to REITs, Family Offices, and PE groups.
Simon is a C-Suite executive, entrepreneur, and start-up veteran who began to personally invest in real estate in 2011. Simon possesses the ability to find intrinsic value in various industries and asset classes. His track record of achievements includes negotiating with Fortune 500 companies in the real estate, capital markets, and insurance verticals. Simon entered into the REIT space in 2017 and became a globally recognized thought leader as one of the first to develop digital security for REITs and other funds.
Simon is a resident of Illinois where he co-founded a residential real estate and development company in 2016. His desire to further his expertise and range of practice led Simon to SVN Hintze Commercial Real Estate in Milwaukee. His love of working within a team of a locally owned and operated firm makes Simon a perfect fit for SVN Hintze.
