Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A: What I like most is the creation side of it. Starting with a green field and in 6-12 months of having a structure that will be used to provide something to our community. I enjoy nothing more then driving down the road and point at a building and saying “I helped build that.”
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A: For every one customer you have today, you need to have ten you’re developing for the future.”
