Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A: Although not directly in commercial real estate, I love connecting two or more people/firms with problems to form a mutual solution and hopefully create some wealth and jobs as a result.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A: It is really a combination of two phrases that really form the backbone on Sheboygan County real-estate development attraction efforts. When combining these two statements, It always encourages us to try new things to get additional investment in our communities.
1. If you don’t ask, you don’t get.
2. I know our marketing works, I just don’t know which half.
Q: What is your favorite quote?
A: “It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena” – Teddy Roosevelt
Q: What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A: Aftermarket audio systems in your car. They just aren’t as cool in a Prius with two child seats.
Q: What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A: My favorite place visited so far has been Egypt.
